Additional Services: Business consultation, SMS/WhatsApp campaigns, explainer videos, song promotions, and more.

All services are customized based on client needs. Service availability may vary and is subject to change without notice. Separate contracts or service-level agreements (SLAs) may apply.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide accurate and complete information for service delivery.

Review and approve project milestones in a timely manner.

Respond to requests for feedback or materials to avoid delays.

Failure to comply may affect timelines, deliverables, and service quality.

3. Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree not to:

Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.

Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

Disrupt or compromise the security and functionality of our systems.

Use our services for spamming, scamming, or any unauthorized commercial purpose.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You are responsible for activities conducted under your account.

5. Payment Terms & EMI Options

General Payment Terms

Service pricing and scope will be communicated via proposal, contract, or invoice.

Payment is due as per the agreed terms outlined in the agreement.

Late or missed payments may lead to service suspension, delays, or termination.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe/Razorpay/Payoneer/Wise and other RBI-compliant gateways.

Indian Clients

Payments via RBI-authorized gateways (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay).

Full compliance with the RBI Payment Aggregator Guidelines (as per Circulars dated March 17, 2020 & November 17, 2020).

EMI plans must be confirmed in writing before the project begins.

International Clients

Payments accepted via Stripe in USD or INR.

Currency conversion, bank charges, or international gateway fees may apply.

EMI options available on request and subject to eligibility and approval.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and deliverables created by BrandBuild Infotech, including but not limited to websites, designs, code, documents, and branding assets, remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

You may not copy, modify, resell, or distribute any work or material without our written consent.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be requested before project commencement.

Refunds may be issued in cases such as service non-delivery or billing errors.

No refunds for:

Change of mind after project starts.

Delays caused by the client.

Scope or requirement changes post-initiation.

Refund requests must be made in writing to contact@brandbuildinfotech.com within 14 days of the incident.

Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All client data, project content, and communication are protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will not disclose your information except:

To third-party vendors helping us deliver your service (under NDA).

When legally required by government or law enforcement agencies.

In the event of a business transfer or merger.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

BrandBuild Infotech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

We are not liable for service disruptions caused by external platforms, payment processors, or internet issues.

10. Disclaimers

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that:

Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Third-party tools or integrations will function flawlessly.

Marketing or business results will be guaranteed.

11. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if:

You breach these Terms.

Payments are delayed beyond the acceptable limit.

Your behavior, conduct, or content is found to be abusive, harmful, or illegal.

We discontinue the specific service.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Punjab, India. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab.

13. Updates to Terms

BrandBuild Infotech reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly.
