Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At BrandBuild Infotech (https://brandbuildinfotech.com), we are committed to providing exceptional digital services, including but not limited to website design and development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, CMS integration, branding, graphic design, and ROI-driven digital marketing.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed, in accordance with the Reserve Bank of India’s Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, and RBI’s regulatory framework for Payment Aggregators and Gateways (Circular dated March 17, 2020, revised November 17, 2020).

All payments are securely handled via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS-compliant and RBI-authorized payment gateway.

2. Cancellation Policy

A. For Indian Clients

Service Cancellation

Clients may request a cancellation before project commencement or as per mutually agreed contractual terms. All requests must be sent in writing to contact@brandbuildinfotech.com.

In-Progress Projects

If a project is already underway, any cancellation request will be evaluated based on progress completed, resource usage, and work invested. Partial refunds, if any, will be granted at our discretion.

Ongoing Retainer Services

For recurring services (e.g., SEO, digital marketing, website maintenance), cancellation must be requested at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

B. For International Clients

Cancellation terms for international clients generally mirror those of Indian clients unless otherwise agreed in a signed SLA or project agreement. Refund timelines may vary depending on Razorpay’s international remittance policies.

3. Refund Policy

Eligibility (Applicable to All Clients)

Refunds may be initiated if:

  • BrandBuild Infotech is unable to deliver the agreed service.
  • Duplicate charges or payment errors occur.
  • Cancellation is requested prior to project initiation.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refund will be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after work has commenced.
  • Delays due to the client’s failure to provide inputs or maintain communication.
  • Scope expansion or additional requests outside the original project brief.

Failed or Cancelled Transactions

In the case of transaction failures or gateway issues, an automatic refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days, depending on Razorpay’s processing protocols.


4. Refund Process & Timeline

Indian Clients

  • Email your refund request to contact@brandbuildinfotech.com within 14 days of the transaction.
  • Include supporting documents such as invoice, transaction ID, and issue details.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.

International Clients

  • Email refund requests to contact@brandbuildinfotech.com within 14 days of payment.
  • Processing times may vary due to local banking systems, currency exchange delays, or Razorpay’s international processing policies.

Refunds will be issued in the original transaction currency and mode.

5. Payment Gateway & Data Security

All online transactions are processed through Razorpay, ensuring high levels of encryption, data protection, and PCI-DSS compliance.

BrandBuild Infotech does not store customer payment information (e.g., card numbers or CVV) on its servers. All payment data is handled through Razorpay’s secure infrastructure.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

Indian Clients

All refund and cancellation matters are governed by Indian law and fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Mohali, Punjab.

International Clients

For clients outside India, policies will adhere to applicable local regulations and as outlined in respective service contracts.

7. Policy Modifications

BrandBuild Infotech reserves the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at its sole discretion. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
